Back pain? Together, we'll find your path to strength
Back pain has many faces: a sudden stitch in your lower back, a nagging ache radiating down your leg, or that persistent pain that simply won't quit. But here is one thing you don't have to figure out on your own: whether osteopathy, physiotherapy, or a combination of both is your best path forward. We listen, examine thoroughly, and decide the next steps together with you. Just choose the description below that fits your situation best, and we will guide you from there.

Find your breakthrough
It hit you out of nowhere
One move, a sharp sting, and suddenly you're frozen: the classic lumbago. As intense as it feels, it is usually just acute tension or a temporary blockage, not a serious injury.

The pain is radiating down into your leg
When back pain radiates into your glutes or all the way down to your foot, the sciatic nerve or a herniated disc are often involved. Sometimes, however, it's joints or muscles sending that pain down your leg. In most cases, you can successfully treat this without ever needing surgery.

It’s been by your side all along
When back pain persists for months (chronic pain), you need more than just short-term relief: you need an approach that unites understanding, active therapy, and daily life. That is exactly why we have created our own unique path.

Deep in your lower back, pelvis, and SI joint
Pain at the very bottom of the back, often on one side above the buttocks, can originate from the sacroiliac (SI) joint—the connection between the spine and the pelvis—but also from muscles or the lower facet joints. An assessment will clarify exactly what is going on in your body; in treatment, osteopathy and physiotherapy work hand in hand to get you back on track.

Curvature and Scoliosis
A scoliosis, the lateral curvature of the spine, is a lifelong companion for many; but for growing adolescents, every moment counts. With targeted exercise therapy, you can actively strengthen your posture and muscles to stay fully in control.

Your Vision
Expecting
Back pain during pregnancy is common and highly treatable—with gentle, personalized care designed just for you.
Your post-surgery comeback
Following your back surgery, we will champion your rehabilitation journey—from your very first steps of mobilization to high-performance strength training.
As we reach our prime
Strength, balance, and a spine you can count on—that is the goal we are actively building toward, no matter the age.
Our Approach to Treatment
It all begins with a thorough assessment: we want to understand why your back hurts, not just where. From there, we design a personalized plan tailored to your body: manual therapy to release tension and joint blocks, osteopathic treatment to assess the alignment of your pelvis, spine, and surrounding areas, and active training to build long-term resilience. When beneficial, classic massage is integrated. Together, we will decide on the best path forward after your assessment—keeping things clear, professional, and completely transparent about costs.
Our physiotherapy and osteopathy experts work side by side. If your case needs a second opinion, we consult each other instantly, saving you the hassle of organizing anything else.
When to take charge and see a doctor
Back pain is rarely serious. However, you should seek immediate medical evaluation if you experience any of these symptoms:
Paralysis or sudden weakness in your foot or leg
Numbness in the genital area
Loss of bladder or bowel control
Fever in addition to back pain
Pain following a fall (for older adults, even a minor slip counts)
These symptoms are rare. If none of them apply to you, nothing is holding you back from starting your treatment with us.
• Deep-seated lower back pain that wakes you up over a period of weeks—especially at night and in the early morning—accompanied by stiffness (this could be a sign of an underlying inflammatory condition)
Who covers the cost? Let's talk investment in your future.
Physiotherapy is fully covered by your basic health insurance with a doctor's referral, and by accident insurance or your health insurance's accident coverage after an injury.
You can book osteopathy directly without a referral; it is covered through your supplementary insurance for alternative and complementary medicine.
Whether you choose physiotherapy or osteopathy: you are always welcome as a self-paying client, with no compromise on treatment quality or time. To find out what your treatment will cost, visit Rates and Coverage.
Get moving—in almost every case, that's the key. Bed rest is proven to drag out back pain, while moderate, low-pain movement fuels your recovery. The secret is all in the dose: we'll show you exactly what will make you feel great right now and what is best left for later.
