In our own, functionally equipped training zone right inside the clinic in Zurich Altstetten, we personally guide you through your program.
Train Right Where You Get Treated
You train right where you are examined and treated, with personal guidance and perfectly dosed workouts. This ensures your therapy and training blend seamlessly, allowing us to continuously adapt your program to your progress. For guided workouts, we use medically certified training equipment by Schnell, German-engineered for excellence. For free-weight strength building, we feature dumbbells and barbells from Eleiko, a legendary brand in competitive sports.
