I am Alfons Aliu, a physiotherapist at BodyLab in Zurich Altstetten. After completing my bachelor's degree in physiotherapy in Pristina, I have continuously expanded my knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system. My expertise in physiotherapy has been deepened through advanced training with osteopaths, allowing me to understand the valuable connections between the two fields. This journey brought me to BodyLab, where I particularly value the interdisciplinary collaboration within our team.
My Treatment Approach and Personal Philosophy
As a passionate physiotherapist, I provide each patient with personalized treatments tailored to their specific needs. In addition to manual therapy techniques and dry needling, I focus on active therapy methods for long-term success. Sports and exercise are not only my profession but also my personal passion. After graduating from the University of Medical Sciences Rezonanza in Kosovo, I successfully completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2019. This solid education forms the foundation of my work as a physiotherapist at BodyLab in Zurich Altstetten, where I contribute and continuously expand my expertise in various physiotherapy treatment methods.
