What we will help you master
Consistency is key—you will achieve the greatest results by staying on track, ideally training several times a week. To help you build targeted strength, we offer Medical Training Therapy (MTT, /angebot/medizinische-trainingstherapie-mtt): a doctor-prescribed, physiotherapist-guided strength-building program hosted in our very own functional training zone. While MTT is a highly proven approach, it is not your only option: even without MTT, you will train safely, effectively, and with professional guidance every step of the way.
Wherever it makes sense, we complement active training with manual therapy and targeted mobilization—such as for the foot and ankle, which play a crucial role in secure balance. Our main focus is clearly on active physiotherapy (/angebot/physiotherapie). To ensure your progress lasts, you'll receive a straightforward home program with exercises to continue independently and keep you moving forward.
Beyond that, you can elevate your care with osteopathic treatment. It's a powerful, optional addition designed to complement your journey—while not covered by basic insurance, it is often supported by premium key supplementary plans.
