What we will help you master
You get the most out of it when you stay consistent, ideally training several times a week. To target and build your strength, we offer medical training therapy (MTT)—a doctor-prescribed, physiotherapist-guided training program in our own functional training area. MTT is a proven path to success, but it's not the only one: even without MTT, you will train safely, at the right intensity, and with expert guidance.
Where it makes sense, we complement active training with manual therapy and targeted mobilization—such as for the foot and ankle, which play a crucial role in secure balance. The clear focus is on active physiotherapy. To ensure your progress lasts, you will receive a straightforward home program with exercises to continue independently.
Beyond that, you can elevate your care with osteopathic treatment. It's a powerful, optional addition designed to complement your journey—while not covered by basic insurance, it is often supported by premium key supplementary plans.
