Osteopathy at our BodyLab Zurich center is a holistic treatment approach. We treat your musculoskeletal system, organs, and nervous system to enhance your overall well-being.
Why osteopathy?
Benefits of osteopathy?
In osteopathy, we look at the whole person. With our hands, we detect and release movement restrictions in the body. Through gentle manual techniques, we address the root causes of your issues—not just the symptoms.

Customized therapy
Each treatment is tailored specifically to your needs. We take the time to find the optimal solution.
Sustainable impact
Osteopathy releases blockages and enhances body functions. You'll receive valuable tips for your everyday life.
The BodyLab team is trained to apply its therapies and health-promoting, preventive medical treatments with a goal-oriented approach for both athletes and everyday individuals.

In a nutshell
A holistic therapy approach that identifies and treats dysfunctions in the body through manual techniques to activate self-healing powers.
Holistic approach
View the body as a whole and address not just the symptoms, but the root causes of discomfort.
Manual Techniques
Through specific techniques, blockages are released and mobility is restored.
Self-healing powers
Osteopathy activates the body's healing processes and strengthens the natural balance within the organism.
Osteopathy in detail
The osteopathic treatment approach requires a solid theoretical understanding and comprehensive practical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, biomechanics, as well as neurology and pathology. This holistic view allows for not only addressing the physical symptoms but also taking into account the patient's lifestyle and overall health condition.
The goal of osteopathy and osteopathic treatment is to enhance or restore the physiological mobility of the structure, promote the body's self-healing, or maintain the organism's functionality in a balanced state as a preventive measure. This is achieved through techniques involving fascia and soft tissue manipulation, mobilization, and manipulation to optimize mobility and functionality, along with educating the patients.
