The responsibility for clarifying the cost coverage by the respective additional insurance lies with the patient.

Classic Massage

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Experience Medicine Register (EMR) for classic massage (EMR number 102).

We recommend our clients to clarify cost coverage with their insurance in advance.

The responsibility for clarifying the cost coverage by the respective additional insurance lies with the patient.

Of course, we are happy to assist you as a self-payer with all our expertise.

Physiotherapy

(with medical prescription)

Our physiotherapy services are covered by the basic insurance of all Swiss health insurers (in case of illness) or accident insurance (in the event of an accident) when prescribed by a doctor (prescription for physiotherapy).

Of course, we are happy to assist you as a self-payer (if you do not have a medical prescription) with all our expertise. In this case, however, our self-payer rates apply (see below).

Appointments not attended or canceled not in due time will be charged to the patient according to the actual costs incurred, the individually applicable tax point, and the reserved appointment duration. These costs are usually not covered by health insurance but are owed personally by the patient and must be paid directly.
