However, there are different insurance models and requirements set by the insurers.

We therefore recommend that all our clients clarify this with their insurer in advance.

Responsibility for clarifying cost coverage by the respective supplementary insurance lies with the patient.

Of course, we also support you as a self-paying patient with our full expertise.

Classical Massage

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Register of Empirical Medicine (EMR) for classical massage (EMR number 102).

We recommend that our clients clarify cost coverage with their insurer in advance.

Responsibility for clarifying cost coverage by the respective supplementary insurance lies with the patient.

Of course, we also support you as a self-paying patient with our full expertise.

Physiotherapy

(with doctor's prescription)

Our physiotherapy services are covered by the basic insurance of all Swiss health insurers (in the event of illness) or by accident insurers (in the event of an accident) upon a doctor's prescription (physiotherapy prescription).

Of course, we also support you as a self-paying patient (if you do not have a doctor's prescription) with our full expertise. However, in this case our self-pay rates apply (see below).

Appointments that are missed or not canceled in time will be charged to the patient according to the costs actually incurred, the tax point applicable individually, and the reserved appointment duration. These costs are usually not covered by health insurers, but are owed personally by the patient and must be paid directly.

Individual Additional Costs

If additional services are requested that go beyond, for example, our usual administrative or organizational tasks or normal correspondence with treating medical professionals, we may charge the costs incurred by us based on the actual effort involved (in line, for example, with the standard health insurance tariff point 999 for osteopathy / massage).

This applies in particular to the following services::

• Resending invoices, reminders, reports,

• Additional medical-technical follow-up questions with the treating therapist;

• Other administrative or organizational effort

These additional expenses are often not covered by health insurers, so as the patient you may have to bear them yourself.
