Responsibility for clarifying cost coverage with the respective supplementary insurance lies with the patient.

Classical Massage

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Empirical Medicine Register (EMR) for classical massage (EMR number 102).

We recommend that our clients clarify coverage of costs with their insurance provider in advance.

Physiotherapy

(with medical prescription)

Our physiotherapy services are covered, with a medical prescription (prescription for physiotherapy), by the basic insurance of all Swiss health insurers (in case of illness) or by accident insurers (in the event of an accident).

Of course, we also support you as a self-paying client (if you do not have a medical prescription) with our full expertise. In this case, however, our self-payer tariffs apply (see below).

Appointments not attended or not canceled in due time are charged to the patient according to the actual costs incurred, the individually applicable tax point and the reserved appointment duration. These costs are usually not covered by health insurance and are therefore owed personally by the patient and payable directly.
