Classic Massage

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Empirical Medicine Register (EMR) for classic massage (EMR number 102).

We recommend that our clients clarify the cost coverage with their insurance provider in advance.

The responsibility for clarifying cost coverage with the respective supplementary insurance lies with the patient.

Of course, we are also fully committed to supporting you with our complete expertise as a self-paying client.

Physiotherapy

(with medical referral)

With a medical prescription (referral for physiotherapy), our physiotherapy services are covered by the basic insurance of all Swiss health insurance companies (in case of illness) or accident insurance (in case of an accident).

Of course, we are also fully committed to supporting you with our complete expertise as a self-paying client (if you do not have a medical referral). In this case, however, our self-payer rates apply (see below).

Missed appointments or appointments not cancelled in due time will be billed to the patient based on the actual costs incurred, the individually applicable tax point, and the reserved appointment duration. These costs are usually not covered by health insurance but are owed by the patient personally and must be paid directly.

Individual Additional Costs

If additional services are requested that go beyond our standard administrative and organizational activities or regular correspondence with treating medical professionals, we may charge for the actual expenses incurred (in accordance with, for example, the regular health insurance tariff point 999 for osteopathy / massage).

This applies particularly to the following services:

• Resending invoices, reminders, and reports,

• Additional medical-treatment inquiries to the treating therapist;

• Other administrative or organizational expenses

These additional expenses are often not covered by health insurance providers, meaning you as the patient may need to cover them yourself. 

Clarifying cost coverage with your health insurance or supplementary insurance provider is your responsibility.
