Information for Patients of Helsana and Visana

For some time, the Helsana Group has been removing recognized osteopaths from their list of therapists if they refuse to adopt a new calculation method proposed by the Helsana Group. Visana has also decided to follow this policy.

Because we are standing up against the dictates of individual insurers, we were removed from the Helsana list of recognized therapists as of May 1, 2018. As of October 1, 2018, we are also no longer listed on Visana's therapist list.

Consequently, and due to the new conditions set by both the Helsana Group and Visana, our osteopathic treatments will no longer be covered by Helsana and Visana. Unfortunately, the costs of our services will fall entirely on you, which we deeply regret.

We regret that the consequences of Helsana’s and Visana’s decisions may impact your insurance coverage and may restrict your freedom of choice regarding the selection of your osteopath, as in this specific case, our practice has been removed from the therapist list.
