Information for Helsana Patients

For some time now, the Helsana Group has been removing recognized osteopaths from their list of therapists if they refuse to apply a new billing method proposed by the Helsana Group.

Because we stand against the dictates of individual insurers, we have been removed from the Helsana list of recognized therapists.

As a result, and due to these conditions set by the Helsana Group, our osteopathic treatments are no longer covered by Helsana. Unfortunately, our services are entirely at your expense, which we deeply regret.

We regret that the consequences of Helsana's decision impact your insurance coverage and may restrict your freedom of choice regarding your osteopath, specifically if our practice is removed from the list of therapists.
